Policies and Profiles

Hello,
I am having another problem here.  Samba 2.0.7 was working fine, when I let NT create a user on it.  When I tried to copy a user over from NT server though, the profile worked, but the policy quit working.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, and have a fix for it?
