Don't get too hung up on this (when) issue.

The reason we don't give dates is that it is very hard to
do so when we're working with undocumented subsystems.

There is remarkable progress being made "behind the scenes"
(mainly in Australia) - it will be released when it is nearer
test quality.

It *IS* going to happen, it's not a "may never happen at all"
issue. We just don't want to promise a date, for obvious reasons.
