What version of Samba do you use ?
It might be caused by limited support of msrpc calls
in all sambas except of tng branch.

i can't see my samba boxes from network neighborhood and in NT server
manager the icons in the list are greyed out instead of colored (blue and
grey or blue and green) like the other boxes. suggestions?
