CVS compared to 2.5.3

I'm still using samba-tng 2.5 and 2.5.3, and haven't heard
of newer snapshots since a long time.

Those versions do not work as domain clients in an NT4 controlled domain,
and also don't allow NT4 clients to log on into a domain controlled 
by themselves, most of the time.

Have (some of) these problems been corrected in the CVS tng branche?
