NT Permissions

Running Samba 2.0.6 on Redhat 6.2 in an NT 4.0 domain structure.  I am only
using my Linux/Samba Server for File and Print Sharing.

Question:

Is there any way to set permissions from the NT side?  I have looked for
documentation regarding this and have found none.
