Wins Server...

Yes I know this....but I want to know does my smbd will forward clients
question. Example:
My ip is 192.168.3.3
I have set wins server= 192.168.4.100
Windows machine in my LAN have set WINS to 192.168.3.3 ( which realy is
not the wins ) 
Do windows machines question will be forwarded to 192.168.4.100 or my
server (192.168.3.3) will answer this?
