Secrets to Domain logins with 2.0.6 and Windows 2000?

I reset the computer's password, but get an error 12 in /var/log/nmb.log
when I try to join the domain, and the system says it can't find the domain.
It was working with NT4 (as a PDC) before the "upgrade" (yeah, right :-)
This is what I'm getting when I try to join the domain:

Isn't it time we started putting KIDS first? See the above URL for
