Logon Scripts in 2.0.7

Yeah I know you guys probably don't want to hear anything about 2.0.7, after all
the whole discussion seems to be about win2k and samba-2.2.0-alphaX. :)

But, I'm having problems getting machines to run the netlogon scripts for that
user's username (%U).
