connecting several sambaserver in different subnets

Hi!

I got a little problem here. I want to get all samba servers on our
private network to be reachable, but from my win98 workstations I'm not
able to connect to machines outside of ma local domain.
It is possible from my rooter/server via smbclient but not from our other
workstations. Whats wrong?
