WinNT and auto-reconnect

this is due to a bug in windows nt clients.  microsoft is aware of the
problem, they had a developer looking into it the last time it was
reported (six months ago on ntbugtraq), related to the WNetWkstaUserEnum
function.  no further information or response has been reported that i am
aware of.
