Dos clients with Samba

i've used MSCLIENT 3 before on a samba 1.9.15p8 server it was absolutely
fine.  if it's not let us know.

the only thing was that the ip address components (e.g for WINS server) in
the .INI files had to be separated by spaces not "." which is wierd.
