Network Properties for a member of a Samba Domain

Hi all and sorry for my poor English,

I have a Samba Box (2.0.5a) PDC of my domain and it work fine but.....
the networks properties of my NT Workstation, member of the domain seem
to be disable : I can't change the share on my NT Box and the Networks
Properties in the control panel are in a restricted mode (no change are
possible).

Is it normal or did I miss something ?
