If it files once you may need to restart your win95 PC first.
Also it depends strongly on your userdomainmap/usergroupman etc etc.
I have:
        local group map = /etc/localgroup.map
        domain group map = /etc/domaingroup.map
        domain user map = /etc/domainuser.map
