Problems joining Samba-2.0.0Beta1 to NT 3.51SP5 Domain

I'm having a real problem trying to get started with Security=domain

following are the "interesting" lines from smbpasswd -j KCHOMECARE -r
ELVIS -D 10

It appears as if the authentication is successful, but smbpasswd doesn't
think so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
