Giusto per completare il discorso, segnalo che esiste il pacchetto di
sviluppo di openldap2.3.

La vedo dura come soluzione per produrre una versione stabile di samba,
ma se qualcuno la vuole percorrere... ;)))

No, but it's my understanding that the openldap2.3 package branch at
<svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-openldap/openldap/trunk-2.3> includes a
libldap2.3-dev package at present that you could rebuild against.
