[Samba-it] USRMGR e refresh cartelle

e subito il problema:

Samba 3.0.22 su Debian 3.1

Ecco il mio smb.conf

I problemi sono essanzialmente 2:

1) Con lo strumento usrmgr.exe (originale di CD Windows NT 4.0 Server), 
al momento di inserire un nuovo utente, mi segnala "The following error 
occurred creating trh user pippo: Impossibile trovare il nome gruppo".

Ecco il mio net groupmap list:

Ho googleggiato tutto il giorno, ma non ho trovato nulla...

Ho sbagliato io qualcosa???

2) L' altro problema è il refresh delle share che non viene eseguito sui 
client Win (non ho FAM o altro in esecuzione).

Anche qui nessun accenno [se non su questa stessa lista nel 2004 : ) ].

Per entrambi i problemi ho alzato il log livel a 5, ma non ho visto 
nulla di particolare.

Che cosa mi sono perso???
