Jeremy,

I'm going to disable building pdbedit unless someone asks for
--with-xxxsam (i.e.tdb, ldap, etc...)  There is no man page for
it.  Those options are marked as experimental.  I'll make the
configure.in and Makefile.in changes tomorrow.
