CVS update: samba/source/lib/rpc/client

There does seem to be a problem with CVS branches and the adding of
new files/directories.

I added the swat/ and web/ dirctories only in the main branch, yet
they appear in all branches. 

I could now go back and explicitly remove them from the other branches
but I shouldn't have had to do this. I probably won't bother as having
them in the 1.9.18 branch doesn't actually do any harm.

Anyway, the 1.9.18 branch seems to compile OK, so we can probably
ignore this issue. I'm in a ignoring sort of mood :-)
