Getting EEXIST out of make_bak_dir()

Hello everybody,

this is a reply to the discussion found at:

I still get this error from time to time, so I suppose it is not fixed in
version 3.0.9. Just downloaded the patch and recompiled will test the next
days.

Is there a bug report for this in bugzilla? Could not find anything.
