Where to download the rsync binaries for Windows but NOT the cwrsync version?

This version is also built with cygwin, that's why the example uses /cygdrive/...
There is no pure Windows binary of rsync as it relies on Posix functionality.
However there's no problem using the cygwin version, be it "standalone" in
cwrsync or with the full cygwin installation.
