Where to download the rsync binaries for Windows but NOT the cwrsync version?

Another approach is to install cygwin (a Unix-like
setup for Windows, based on libraries that "convert"
Unix calls to their Windows equivalent, roughly
speaking anyway), and request the rsync package.
However, this is rather a bit to do just to get
pre-built rsync. On the other hand, if you install
gcc, make, etc., with cygwin, you can build things
like rsync yourself. Other things you can get with
cygwin include ssh, good for encrypting the rsync
channel, etc. the site is www.cygwin.com.
