Good afternoon, I have a problem with rsync when I sync my virtual machines files between a Linux box and a NAS.

This is the output:

rsync: failed to set times on "/mnt/backup/Windows Server 2003/.Windows Server 2003.nvram.GSfBdw": No such file or directory(2)
rsync: failed to set times on "/mnt/backup/Windows Server 2003/.Windows Server 2003.vmdk.0ykiw7": No such file or directory (2)
rsync: failed to set times on "/mnt/backup/Windows Server 2003/.Windows Server 2003.vmsd.aDUdvI": No such file or directory (2)
rsync: failed to set times on "/mnt/backup/Windows Server 2003/.Windows Server 2003.vmx.QrHjyj": No such file or directory (2)
rsync: failed to set times on "/mnt/backup/Windows Server 2003/.Windows Server 2003.vmxf.cmPnGU": No such file or directory (2)
rsync: failed to set times on "/mnt/backup/Windows Server 2003/.vmware-0.log.a4uyXv": No such file or directory (2)
rsync: failed to set times on "/mnt/backup/Windows Server 2003/.vmware-1.log.cSvQf8": No such file or directory (2)
rsync: failed to set times on "/mnt/backup/Windows Server 2003/.vmware-2.log.MFECNK": No such file or directory (2)
rsync: failed to set times on "/mnt/backup/Windows Server 2003/.vmware.log.GrRTRn": No such file or directory (2)
rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors) (code 23) at main.c(1058) [sender=3.0.5]

If I look into the NAS directory to check if all the files are correctly synced, it seems to be all right: anyone of the files above aren't present.
I think the files above are temporary files but I don't know why rsync make these files
