Slow network may be causing this?

Hello there,

I'm transferring with rsnapshot in an SSH tunnel data from a remote
Windows 2003 SBS Server to my Linux Server. While transferring a
3GB-File, I get:

2009/02/23 23:32:37 [3888] rsync: writefd_unbuffered failed to write
4092 bytes [sender]: Connection reset by peer (104)
2009/02/23 23:32:37 [3888] rsync error: error in rsync protocol data
stream (code 12) at io.c(1509) [sender=3.0.5]

Could this be caused by a slow network connection or what could be the
cause?
