error in IPC Code (code 14) at main.c(669) [receiver=2.6.9cvs]

Hi,
I got the issue solved after doing some analysis..

I am not closing a file handle in one case and the same process is invoking
rsync command.. In the long run the process is running out of file
descriptors and causing the failure..
