Rsync shouldn't display a meaningless speedup on a dry run

Do you not accept that the speedup printed on a dry run is meaningless?
Come on.  My bank's online bill payment system knows better than to
advertise how much money I would save by doing my bills online (postage,
labor, etc.) assuming I also wouldn't have to pay the actual
balances!  :)
