That limits your options. The main program I know of that can encrypt
backups before sending them is duplicity
( http://duplicity.nongnu.org/ ), but I don't know how well it works on
Windows. See the comments on this article:

for a link to instructions to get duplicity working on Windows and a
link to Cobian Backup, a Windows program that appears to be able to
encrypt backups.
