Malformed Address and Private IP issue

[Jonathan Chen -X (jonachen - The Armada Group, Inc. at Cisco)]

I've tried to use all IP for hosts allow and that does not work either.
It is so strange.  The Malformed address error only happens with private
ip and not the INET ip.

Update
===
After further investigation, I've found eth1(private ip) uses the same
gateway as eth0(INET ip).  The gateway ip is an INET ip which might
explain why I am getting malformed address???
