rsync-acl passes all the tests on my computer.  I successfully built an
rsync-acl prepatched source package and an rsync-acl RPM.  I posted both
on my Web site for anyone who would like to snag a pre-ACLed rsync:

Wayne, please consider mentioning this area on the official rsync site
as one unofficial source of rsync with ACLs.
