Copying many sources to different places inside a destination

Never mind!  I doubt I would be able to deal with all the string
allocation issues, change what the sender sends, and figure out what all
the existing references to file->dirname should become without going
insane.  If support for arbitrary source/destination pairs is to be
added, someone more comfortable with the internals of rsync should do
it.
