Rsync outputs the name of a directory when its modified time is being
updated, so something on one side of the connection or the other
apparently tweaked the directory's mtime.  If you upgrade to 2.6.4 (or,
better yet, 2.6.5pre1), you can specify -O to omit tweaking any dir
times.
