rsync installation in Redhat Linux 7.3

Hi 
I downloaded rsync Binaries for a redhat linux platform.
I installed on the Red Hat Linux release 7.3 (Valhalla) using the command specified in readme.html
 
rpm -Uvh rsync-*.rpm
 
I got the following message

After the installation i launched the rsync daemon. But it was not launched. 

grep doesn't show any running rsync  process.

How can i ensure that installation is completed successfully .

can u help me out in installation.
