Greetings,
I have not been able to debug this transfer problem. It was working
find and then last week it stopped. I don't know what changed. I have
three hosts, T (tru64unix 4.0g), Y (tru64unix 4.0g), and D (Linux). Rsync
transfers using
/usr/local/bin/rsync -rptgoqLC --delete -e '/usr/local/bin/ssh -v'
/root/passwd name:/home/mine
work fine from T to D, D to T, Y to T, and Y to D resulting in
debug1: Transferred: stdin 0, stdout 0, stderr 0 bytes in 0.7 seconds
debug1: Bytes per second: stdin 0.0, stdout 0.0, stderr 0.0
debug1: Exit status 0
stop:
transfers from T to Y and D to Y result in
debug1: Transferred: stdin 0, stdout 0, stderr 0 bytes in 0.6 seconds
debug1: Bytes per second: stdin 0.0, stdout 0.0, stderr 0.0
debug1: Exit status -1
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes read so far)
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(165)
stop:
In a nutshell transfers to Y don't work. I'm running rsync v2.5.6. Any
ideas?
