Modified --files-from patch

One question:

Does this patch transfer the files in the order given?
There's a bug report on the debian version about the fact that rsync
doesn't transfer the files in the given order, see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=160982

I had already added a note that depending on rsync not to change the
order of the files when transferring is a rather silly thing to do, but
it would be nice if it could be done anyway :-)
