OK, here's a mechanically generated version of the patch ("look Ma, no
editing!"). First I diff'ed zlib 1.1.2 against the zlib part of rsync (based
on 1.1.2) to isolate the changes that were made by the rsync people. I then
used that diff to temporarily revert those changes. I then applied the stock
zlib 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 diff against our zlib source, followed by re-applying our
changes to zlib-1.1.2. This is the result:
