[clug] 'Tracetogether' App - First Dog suggests 'publishing' source might not be enough

This could be a good idea. I'm suspending judgement until I see the
legislation, with the safeguards and the sunset clauses. And the code. And
some firewall logs from an instance.

My feeling is that the trust deficit is effectively bottomless, and the
major proponents will end up with, not just egg on their faces, but the
whole breakfast plate. Or it will be quietly shelved until the next
pandemic.
