Thanks for putting this together Steve. It's a shame that our little community has had to resort to having to tell each other to behave like reasonable human beings, but it's ultimately for the best.

We should clarify that this also covers the mailing list, as we have seen, Byran takes things very literally and will find any excuse to justify his poor behaviour.
