[clug] Cheap(ish) laptops in Canberra?

You said "My prior lappie was an i7 with 16GB ram and 2x 1TB hds", but
what was the video card, what drivers did you use?


 I had issues with the internal Video Card (GeForce GTX 860M). Even in
Windows, it was not good enough to run GW2 or Ark Survival Evolved
without lag.


Have you tried SSD drives?  I have found SSD drives provide an
advantage.
