Barrier is KVM software forked from Symless's synergy 1.9
codebase. Synergy was a commercialized reimplementation of the
original CosmoSynergy written by Chris Schoeneman.

Bryan,

I have not used barrier-kvm. I wonder why you have installed it?

It does not appear to be a standard Debian distribution package.

Trying to use barrier-kvm may be adding unnecessary complexity.

George.

I am struggling.

I have installed Virtual Machine Manager. And I've added kvm and
libvirt
groups to my user.

I've installed barrier-kvm. But I'm stuck in a loop with the following

error.
{Configuration filename invalid
You have not filled in a valid configuration file for the barrier
server. Do you want to browse for the configuration file now?}
