A user may want to do something. How that gets done--could be irrelevant
to them!

My default shell is fish. Which has syntactical differences from bash.

{Another newer shell is the Friendly Interactive Shell, or “fish”,
released in 2005. It has a unique command-line syntax that’s designed to
be a bit easier to learn, but isn’t derived from either the Bourne shell
or C shell.}
