Steve,
I have picked up plastic cups (others may also).
If we will be chatting about Linux Distros and Linux Desktop
Environments (with their applications), I have a laptop on which I
have been using VMware Workstation to test various Linux Distros. If
people use any of these, they would be welcome to give us all a quick
run though about their favorite features.
If people let me know about their favorite Distro early tonight, I may
have chance to install a few for review. I would be interested at
looking at them.
The list so far are;
Ubuntu
Fedora
Debian with XFCE
Debian with Mate
Debian with LDXE
Debian with KDE
Debian with Cinnamon
Debian with Gnome

Dropped the ball a bit not even trying to chase up a talk this month.
I
think the idea of a round table and possible presentation from various
people of how they use the linux desktop has some popularity and was
delayed
from last month.
Can someone please volunteer on the list to bring some plastic cups
for
drink consumption with the pizzas. You will be reimbursed.
See below, 18:00 at Wig and Pen for BeerSig
19:00 at N101 for CLUG.
