Turned out to be too time consuming. I restored perfs.js from backup (earlier this month)
which works fine. I then then over (from the bad, but later setup) some add-on entries since
there were some updates:
	extensions.xpiState
	extensions.bootstrappedAddons
	extensions.enabledAddons
	extensions.enabledItems
and things still work. Not sure which option breaks it but I will continue with this setup
for now.
