Forward it to report at submit.spam.acma.gov.au AND mark it as spam in your
gmail account. You'll be doing everyone a favour.

Unsolicited commercial email is spam, spam and scams are an offence in
this enlightened country - and we do want public servants to have work
to do.

NOTE: gmail will add it to the list of email considered spam if you mark
it as spam. Once there is x amount of reports of it being spam they will
filter it accordingly.

Kind regards

A: Because we read from top to bottom, left to right.
Q: Why should I start my reply below the quoted text?

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?

    A: The lost context.
Q: What makes top-posted replies harder to read than bottom-posted?

    A: Yes.
Q: Should I trim down the quoted part of an email to which I'm reply
