[clug] Debian Jessie file system checking on boot up

    Scott,

Thanks for your assistance in checking the "fsck not running at boot
on Jessie installations" issue. I believe the issue is wider,
affecting Linux systems that use systemd.

I am currently a bit stumped about a solution.  My searches on the
Internet have found instances of people reporting this issue, but no
instances of a solution.
