[clug] Fedora 22 and VNC server issues

I've upgraded to Fedora 22 and since that upgrade I haven't been able to
get VNC with KDE or Gnome working, and can't really understand why.
I believe there is some issue with Nvidia and KDE or Gnome but not sure if
affects me.
is there a way I can identify the cause?

I can start the VNC server and connect by it crashes or doesn't show the
desktop.
