On installing "backup", I had noted this injunction.
"Usually the cell is  the DNS domain name of the site."

So in a terminal window, I entered "dnsdomainname"--which responded null!

I assume you mean in Firefox. Which I cannot read below the menu bar 
"File..."!

I entered that in a terminal window running bash.

I did that via sudo.

I can't remember. I had read that it should be reinstalled from a 
different browser. I would have used the easiest method!

I had thought that a performance issue was involved.
