They say that for everything including:
  * They mess up your line activation so it only calls Telstra and 000
  * You and everyone else in the street has no dial tone *yet again*
  * Same fault (for everyone) happens again the next day

I wouldn't be too worried about it, its just their standard warning.
I've heard it *lots* of times.

Hmm, I just remembered the second (or was it third?) last time it
happened it was the day before Good Friday last year...
