[clug] LCA: people riding in from Yass after taking train

I know we have keen cyclists on-list, I was wondering about any
non-highway routes for a group of LCA attendees keen on riding in from
Yass Junction.

The highway is quite busy and accidents haven't been uncommon.
There's a new section of road and it will be January, so commute traffic
will be down...
