Hi Ivan,

Someone else who is with MNF (naked ADSL) had bad download speeds on
Feb 14 using Netcomm NB9WMAXXn modem, and was told by MNF a couple of
days later they had "adjusted something" at their end.  Since then
it's been fairly stable/faster.
He thinks his real issue was Telstra hadn't equalised the line.
Suggested you might be seeing overheating problems if you've got a
Dynalink RTA1046VW modem. Rumour has it that the capacitors go bad
after 2 years.
