ntop could be another possibility.

There are more involved accounting tools which make use of ip tables, so 
depending on if you know the ip addresses a priori. One of these 
packages may be more should able. Or, you could go the whole hog and run 
fprobe with a netflow collector.

How crazy do you want to get?
