Karl Auer who's now very much involved in IPv6 sent me an off-list reply
to a list message a year ago:

He noted that:
 - AGIMO has mandated all FedGov agencies be running (not solely) IPv6
by end 2012.
 - Internode (now part of iiNet) are the only game in town for home IPv6.

He ends with:
